Terms & Conditions
General
• These artworks are for PERSONAL USE ONLY. An extra fee of 50% of the base price shall be charged when commissioned work will be used for other purposes such as: Commercial and/or Business use.
• For business inquiries, send a DM to Aivymode on their Official Facebook Page or e-mail for other pricing.
• Commission standard sizes available are: A4 / Letter (8x11) / Square (8x8) all in 300 DPI.
• These commissions are on a first come - first serve basis and are only on limited slots per month.
• We can only accommodate a maximum of 5 persons per canvas.
• Backgrounds available will only be: Solid / Gradient / Transparent.
• These are digital illustrations, no physical products are being produced.
• All prices are subject to change without further notice.
Payment
• A downpayment of half the total price is required to start the commission.
• Clients are required to pay the remaining balance prior to sending the finished illustration.
• If you wish to fully pay for your commission, you can.
Cancellations
• The artist reserves the right to decline a request or commission.
• The artist reserves the right to cancel a commission due to unforeseen circumstances.
• Clients may cancel the commission before the appointment date but will not be able to do so afterwards.
• If the commission is cancelled and the client has already paid for it, a full refund will follow regardless of how much progress has been made.
• Upon cancellation and refund of commissioned fee, if applicable, the artist retains rights to the artwork regardless of progress made.
Work Progression
• To reserve a slot, fill out the commission form provided on the Commissions tab or DM them over at Discord.
• After reviewing the order, the artist will send an e-mail containing the details and total pricing.
• When both parties have agreed, the artist will send out an e-mail confirming the order along with a temporary invoice.
• If the client has already paid in full upfront, we will send the client the final invoice.
• Clients can check the queue in the link provided on the Commissions tab.
• The artist will provide pictures of the sketch, color, and lighting progress before finalizing the artwork. The client can ask for progress anytime in between.
• Clients can suggest a maximum of five (5) small tweaks during the initial sketching phase.
• These initial sketches provide a lot of information, meaning that sketches are roughly fully-colored pieces with rough lighting (shading & highlights).
• Any large / significant changes that the client will suggest after the artwork is finished, will require an additional 100% of base price. By large / significant change, it would mean that the overall piece will have to be overhauled and we would need to make another one.
• Clients may not change their order once the artist have started working on it.
• If in-case there will be a slight delay, the artist will inform ahead of time.
• Upon completion of order, the final invoice will be sent containing updated information along with a google drive link. These will be in image formats (PNG or JPG/JPEG).
Rights of Usage Policy
• The artists (aivymode) retain rights to use the commissioned artworks in any form. These may include: social media advertisements, portfolio, print, and any other commercial use.
• Upon posting on any social media platforms, please credit the artist, and do not remove / crop the watermark.
• If in turn the client may be interested on using the commissioned work as a reference, the client is free to do so. Although, do not claim the artwork as your own and also credit the artist.
• Clients are not allowed, under any circumstances, use the commissioned illustrations for Non-Fungible Tokens (NFTs). Use of commissioned piece for any advertising or profits associated with NFTs or any cryptocurrency is strictly prohibited.
• Any fictional characters depicted in the commissioned works, whether it be a fanart or original, belongs to their respective owners.
